Delivery

Free deliver on all orders over R750 otherwise a R99 delivery fee will be automatically added to your purchase at checkout.

Please allow up to 5 days for delivery outside Gauteng area.

All purchases made over a weekend, public holidays or after 2pm on a workday, will be sent out the following work day.

All packages must be signed for when delivered. Please make sure that when you are making your purchase, you provide a work address or an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours.

Returns & Exchange

All items are inspected and packed with Love from our VISSI team!

Please look at our sizing guides for accurate sizing. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only return items that has all its tags attached, no stains or marks and have not been worn.

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange should the item be in an unfit condition to resell.

If you received a damaged package/garment due to the courier company, please notify us immediately, send us photos as proof and we will happily exchange your item.

VISSI Active Wear will only cover courier cost for one exchange. For any additional exchanges courier cost shall apply.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7 – 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
